In the final episode of MyMicrogap, VICE's Amelia Dimoldenberg travels to Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland. First, Amelia aligns her chakras Scottish-style at a kilted yoga session. Later, she explores the darker side of Dumfries' history on a ghost tour. In the morning, Amelia makes some new friends at a local dairy and samples some or the farm's legendary ice cream. Amelia then rounds off her Microgap by throwing herself down Scotland's longest zip line.
