Northern Ireland with Freddie Janssen
The stunning landscape of Northern Ireland and the Belfast food and drink scene await London cook Freddie Janssen. Her journey starts on the northern coast visiting the Giant’s Causeway and experiencing a seaweed bath in Ballycastle. The next day Freddie gets up early to help Mike of ‘Mike’s Fancy Cheese’ prepare cheese before tasting them at his newly opened shop. She continues to try local flavours with some cooking at Root & Branch making a traditional dish and ends the evening at the Sunflower Pub for some traditional Northern Irish music.
